About The Consultant
AP Consulting is founded by a former FDA Supervisor
Investigator. He has rich knowledge in both field and
headquarters levels of the FDA. He worked with the FDA’s
Office of Chief Counsel, Federal Trade Commissions, and
various FDA Centers that pursued many milestone legal
actions. At CFSAN, he served as a national expert in
dietary supplements. In addition, he held various
positions in FDA such as:
- FDA/ORA Supervisory Investigator and Medical Device
Supervisor.
- FDA/ORA Compliance Officer.
- FDA/ORA Medical Device Investigator.
- FDA/ORA Chemist.
- FDA International Inspection Team (Medical Device
Group).
- Member of the FDA Bioterrorism Regulatory Development
Team.
- Member of the FDA Compliance Policy, Internet Group.
